António is a Partner at Havenstone Capital. Before joining the firm in 2024, António served as Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Bondstone, a regulated real estate investment and asset management firm. Previously, he held various corporate finance and private equity roles for almost two decades, including positions at 3i Group, Margin Key, Oxy Capital, Bright Partners, Millennium BCP, and Garrigues.
António holds a Law degree from Universidade de Lisboa, a Master’s in Management from Nova SBE, and an MBA from Nova SBE and Católica-Lisbon in partnership with MIT Sloan School of Management.
Bruno is a Partner at Havenstone Capital, focusing on deal origination and structuring. Before joining the firm, Bruno served as Investment Director at Bondstone, a regulated real estate investment and asset management firm. Previously, he worked at Savills, providing strategic advisory, commercial due diligence, and debt advisory services to real estate developers and investors. Prior to that, Bruno was a Partner at Margin Key, and earlier in his career, he worked as a Project Manager at Altice.
Bruno holds an MBA from Nova SBE and Católica-Lisbon in partnership with MIT Sloan School of Management and an MSc in Civil Engineering from Técnico (IST). Bruno is a member of the Portuguese Chamber of Chartered Engineers.
Bruna is a Partner at Havenstone Capital. Before joining the team in 2024, Bruna was the Executive Director of the Legal & Compliance team at Bondstone, a regulated real estate investment and asset management firm. Earlier in her career, she worked as a lawyer in private practice, collaborating with several law firms and companies, focusing on real estate, urbanism, and corporate law.
Bruna holds a Law degree and a Master’s degree in Forensic Legal Sciences (Litigation) from ULisboa’s Faculty of Law, postgraduate studies in Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance and an Intensive Course on Investment Funds at CIDP (Centro de Investigação de Direito Privado). Bruna has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2017.
Fernando is an Executive Director at Havenstone Capital. Prior to joining the firm, Fernando held various investment banking and private equity roles, having worked as Investment Director for STAG, as Head of Investment for Quadrantis Capital, as Vice President for Project & Acquisition Finance for Banco Santander, and was part of ES Investment and Roland Berger. Fernando holds a Business Administration degree from Católica-Lisbon School of Business and Economics and a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD. Fernando is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Bárbara is an Associate at Havenstone Law, supporting the Legal & Compliance team. Prior to joining the firm, Bárbara worked as an Associate at Bondstone, a regulated real estate investment and asset management firm, where she provided legal advice on ongoing projects and ensured compliance with regulatory and AML obligations. Before that, she spent two years as an Associate, providing legal support in real estate, corporate law, insolvency, and banking and finance law to various clients. Bárbara began her career at SPS Advogados, where she focused on litigation and insolvency proceedings related to mortgage and consumer credits for 2.5 years.
Bárbara holds a Law degree from Autonomous University of Lisbon (UAL) and a Master’s in Legal Practice from ULisboa’s Faculty of Law, specializing in Tax and Finance Law. Bárbara has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2020.
Inês is a Junior Analyst at Havenstone Capital, supporting the Investment Team. Before joining the firm, Inês worked as a Summer Intern at PwC Portugal and Novo Banco in the Credit Recovery department. Inês is pursuing her International Master’s in Finance at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, where she also completed her Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Finance. During her Bachelor’s program, Inês studied abroad as an exchange student at Università Bocconi.
Sara is an Associate at Havenstone Law, whose team she joined early this year. Prior to joining the firm, Sara worked as a lawyer in private practice, collaborating with several firms focusing on real estate, immigration and citizenship law, and did two internships in Political Diplomacy at the Portuguese Embassies of Algiers and Copenhagen. Sara holds a Law degree and a Master’s in International Law and International Affairs from ULisboa’s Faculty of Law and an advanced course in Immigrant and Citizenship Law by the Institute of Legal and Political Sciences of the ULisboa’s Faculty of Law. Sara has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2022.
Tiago is an Analyst at Havenstone Capital, supporting the Investment Team. Before joining the firm, Tiago worked as a Summer Intern at Novo Banco in the Risk Assessment department. Tiago holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Management and a Master’s in Finance from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. He also studied as an exchange student at Copenhagen Business School during his Bachelor’s program.
